Ahmed Baroudi then spent ten years working in the space sector with the Thales Group, where he dealt with highly complex environments and sectors such as defense and the development of the space industry. For seven years, his work focused on Africa, particularly satellite-based environmental monitoring of the continent, as part of an international cooperation initiative involving all African regions and the African Union.

Ahmed Baroudi is also one of the founders of the International University of Rabat.

Finally, he created the Société d’Investissements Énergétiques du Maroc (SIE), where he served as CEO until the end of 2025.

With over fifteen years of experience in market finance, working within groups subject to significant regulatory and operational constraints, she has carried out cross-functional assignments requiring the coordination and mobilization of multidisciplinary teams, in contexts of transformation, time pressure, and high stakes.

Beyond the technical aspects, these assignments involved playing a central role in bringing together stakeholders and collectively managing complex projects. This experience gave him a deep understanding of risk situations related to stress, work overload, disengagement, and loss of meaning.

Driven by a deep interest in human development and risk prevention, she has designed a tool that is both fun and structured. It enables individuals and groups to take stock, clarify their professional positioning, leverage their resources, and stay on course in constantly changing environments.

To date, she has supported more than 120 people and trained more than 50 support professionals in the use of this tool with a variety of audiences.

Accustomed to working closely with clients on the ground, Dovi Burlandy advises them on team structuring, securing employment contracts, managing social risks, and growth and reorganization operations. His approach is based on a detailed understanding of the professions, business challenges, and regulatory constraints specific to each sector.

He was also Senior Program Manager for GE Transportation and led several industrial locomotive construction programs (PH37ACmi and Dash 8). He teaches labor law as a teaching assistant at the Catholic Institute of Paris. 

His areas of expertise are mainly financial engineering, social engineering (collective labor law—collective performance agreements), and mergers and acquisitions.

A recognized expert in governance and personal data flow architecture, he founded Visions in 2017 after working at Etalab, the French government's open data department. There, he developed VisionsTrust, a technology designed to make data sharing more sovereign, secure, and interoperable.

In 2018, he brought together more than 100 European organizations around a human-centric vision of data sharing, which he presented to the French Parliament and the European Commission. He then co-founded Prometheus-X, of which he is now president, which develops open-source building blocks for European data spaces.

He is currently leading several key projects for Europe, including Simpl—the future European data exchange infrastructure—and the Skills Data Space, which brings together key players in education and employment.

He has sought to better understand the major drivers of change that are transforming our civilization within the framework of sustainable development.

Coordinator of the European Legal Data Space

Today, he coordinates the first European Legal Data Space, an innovative infrastructure dedicated to the secure sharing of legal data. This ambitious project aims to support the development of sovereign legal AI and facilitate the native implementation of European digital regulation, thereby strengthening the continent's strategic autonomy in the field of law and technology.

Entrepreneur and leader in Legal Tech

Co-founder and former CEO ofSeraphin.legal, Thomas led the company to a fundraising round in 2020, followed by a strategic build-up in 2023 with IMMOSIGN, giving rise to MYLEGITECH, one of France's leading Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) companies. As Director of Innovation and Public Affairs, he has helped position the company as a key player in the digital transformation of contractual processes.

Public commitment and strategic vision**

From 2013 to 2016, he served in the Prime Minister's office, where he spearheaded the opening up of legal data (#OpenLaw) and played an active role in establishing the French Legal Tech ecosystem.  His commitment to legal technology dates back to 2005, when he worked at the Ministry of Justice, where he laid the foundations for his thinking on law in the digital age.

Expert and teacher

Thomas is an expert in data law, intellectual property law, and digital business law. He is an associate researcher at IRJS-Sorbonne, president of ADIJ (Association pour le Développement de l’Informatique Juridique), and co-founder of the Digital Ethic Officer certification with EDHEC Augmented Law Institute. He advocates for a rethinking of law as a common, readable, and enforceable infrastructure. He is also an administrator of**Droit.org** and defends the credo #LawIsCode (or #LawIsAI), illustrating his belief that law must evolve toward automated and interoperable systems.
