Fees

LVYY attaches particular importance to transparency in fees and predictability of costs for its clients. Each complex service, particularly in litigation matters, is systematically subject to a written fee agreement, drawn up before the start of the assignment.

This agreement allows the client to know in advance the expected amount of fees, the billing terms, and the scope of the firm's services. Depending on the nature and difficulty of the case, fees may be set at a flat rate, determined in advance based on the issues at stake and the complexity of the case, or calculated on the basis of a capped hourly rate, ensuring complete control over the budget.

This approach aims to establish a relationship of trust and clarity, allowing clients to initiate legal proceedings or actions with full knowledge of the associated costs, without any surprises during the process.
